This is a personal collection of work by Saki Omi, a photographer who is usually very active in the field of fashion, etc., and who has been taking photographs of cities around the world for more than 10 years.
Wanderlust, which means 'I can't wait to travel', captures the artistic, beautiful, melancholic and timeless perspectives of Frankfurt, Chicago, New York, South Korea, Japan, Tbilisi, Paris, Sydney and many other cities.
This book, Wanderlust, is a compilation of her precious travelogues, edited with a Union perspective of her unique and captivating point of view. There is a back and forth between time and space, melancholic and deep, emotional colours, and moments when shadows catch the light. Each piece has been carefully examined and edited.

このたび、Union Publishing Ltd. では、スウェーデン出身の写真家ジュリア・ヘッタ氏の写真集「Island」を 2023 年 9 月 27 日(水)に刊行いたします。スウェーデンのフォーレ島での風景を舞台に撮影したこの 映画のようなプロジェクトは、他には類を見ない彼女の独特で唯一無二の美意識が散りばめられ、私たちを 無条件に感動させてくれ、そして異次元の空間へと誘ってくれます。また、漆黒に包まれ深く緊迫感のある 作品は、日本のワビサビの美意識にも通ずるものがあり、それは壊れやすく、儚く、強くもあり、そして 繰り返す波のようにリフレインする作品群です。この「Island」のリリースを記念し、9 月 27 日(水)から 10 月 1 日(日)まで、ジュリア・ヘッタ氏の写真展を代官山に今春オープンしたギャラリスペース Rodin
(ロダン)にて開催します。この写真展にあわせて、ジュリア・ヘッタ氏も来日するほか、ジュリアの 40 年来の 友人であり総合芸術家のアーティストのオーサ・ステナーハーグ氏も来日し、彼女の代表的な彫刻作品と 一緒に作品が展示されます。会場では写真集の販売もございますので、是非、写真展にお越しください。

10年 以上に渡って撮り溜めた総勢120名以上、264Pものボリュームに登場する初々しいニューフェイスのモデルたちに圧巻。主にまだモデルを始めたばかりの新人を毎週のように撮影し自身のスタイルを確立させていったPiczo。
作家の自室 や近隣などで撮影された親密なポートレートの数々は被写体の飾っていないナチュラルな魅力を存分に引き出している。

大阪生まれ。東京の武蔵野美術大学で写真を学ぶ。その後ロンドンに移りロンドン芸術大学のロンドン・ カレッジ・オブ・コミュニケーションで写真を専攻。彼の時代を超えた絵画的な作品に魅了されたi-Dマガ ジンにて最初の注目すべき撮影を行った。現在、Beauty Paper、The New Yorker、Union、Heroine等で 撮影しており、Dunhill、Chanel、Wooyoungmi、Nicholas Delay、Uniqlo等のブランドともコラボレー ションしている。 ロンドン在住。

Third collection of photographs from Union Publishing Limited. This time the photographer is London-based Piczo, who has been shooting for over 10 years. A total of more than 120 models in the book, all of whom are new to modelling. Piczo has established his own style by photographing new models on a weekly basis, and the intimate portraits taken in the artist's own room and in the neighbourhood bring out the unadorned, natural charm of his subjects to the full. Born in Osaka, Japan. Piczo first discovered photography when studying at the Musashino Art School in Tokyo. He later moved to London to further study at The London College of Communication. His first notable commission was for i-D magazine who were attracted by his timeless and graphic, lifestyle, fashion and portrait work. He now shoots for i-D regularly and other titles such as Jalouse, Union and Numero Homme and has collaborated with brands such as Dunhill, Sunspel, Wooyoungmi and Studio Nicholson.
